Chevy 4 Speed SM465 Rebuild kit 1968-87 BK129 This rebuild kit is for the SM465 transmission which as an iron case and a cast iron top cover! This kit uses the N1211L, B55-59 or 211MG1 input bearing that is 0.68" (17.28mm) thick. If you have a thicker bearing, you will need my other SM465 rebuild kit. It is very important that you measure your input bearing! Do not rely on the year of your transmission as there are exceptions! This Transmission usually comes in the 68-87 GM 1/2, 3/4 Ton or 1 Ton TRUCKS, Stepvan, Jimmy, Suburban and Yukon. This kit includes all New Bearings, Seals, Gaskets, and Complete Small Parts Kit (washers, needles, snap rings).
