GM/Chevy Full Size Truck 5 Speed Transmission Synchro Ring Kit 95-On SRK235D This transmission is known as the 290 Getrag or NV3500 You can identify this transmission by its aluminum case, 3rd design. The transmission uses thin (0.90") input and output bearings, 30mm outside diameter front & rear countershaft journals and (3) piece synchro rings for 1st and 2nd gear. PLEASE NOTE: This transmission uses a 3 piece synchro ring for 1st and 2nd gear. The outer rings and the inner rings are NOT included in this kit. This kit only includes the middle fiber lined 1st and 2nd gear rings because they are the only pieces that wear. We do stock the inner and outer synchro rings, so just let us know if you need them and we can add them to your order for just the cost of the rings if sent with your kit.
